About the event

Kick off Pride Month with Queer and Courageous: Stories of Existence and Resistance on Saturday, May 20 at 3 p.m. in the PONCHO Forum as LGBTQIA+ storytellers across Puget Sound share stories through performance, music, literature, and more to benefit Gender Justice League.

Queer and Courageous celebrates what unites all queer people: stories that liberate and inflame the LGBTQIA+ spirit. This one-time event is a culmination of a queer storytelling cohort led by Seattle Rep’s Native Artist-in-Residence D.A. Navoti. After the showcase, join us for a reception in the Rotunda.

This showcase is free with a suggested $5 donation to benefit Gender Justice League.

Suggested donation is payable either directly to Gender Justice League here or at the show via QR code or cash.

Advanced reservations are encouraged but not required.
